The sensor is the engine temp sensor. Just make sure that you don't get the wrong sensor (the one that goes in the drivers side cylinder head) by mistake.

do you know a part number or something for that sensor? i tried lookin for it on autozone.com but it only came up with the otherone.

ill probably just loop them then.

well i might not need the throttle body anymore cause my exhaust guy who is freakin awesome modded mine for me today.

hopefully gonna get all the wiring done on it this saturday. hook up the driveshaft. plumbing and that. then pretty much need to delete vats and get o2 sensors and hope its all done by la invasion time.

yeah my buddy that did the wiring for me ended up takin my ecu to his shop to see if he can plug it into this other guys lt1 and delete all that stuff off of it. im hoping he can do it.

so ill hopefully be signing up to la invasion soon.

ok well got a new computer cause mine was fried. found out my motor is really a 94.

went to try to start it but no spark. gettin all the 5v references at places where it should be but nothing. went and got a obd1 daig plug and im goin to hook that up with a check engine light and run the scantools on it and see what it says. i guess if it says low voltage references or whatever then that means OPTI. yay

It started!!!!

found that for some reason there was no ignition goin to the opti, so i jumped a wired and tried it out and it started on the first try.

so for some reason its not flowing water and the alternator doesnt seem to be charging the battery.

also when i go to kinda rev it up real quick its really hesitant. does that mean the opti isnt workin properly? or could it be cause i dont have any o2's right now?

Are you sure you have the coupler installed in between the water pump and the water pump drive shaft inside the timing cover? It's # 39 below:

For the charging, you need to check your grounds.

For the hesitation, I would check for vacuum leaks.
