might as well get the 3600, great on street. Not saying the 3200 would get boring. But the 3600 wont.

yeah but you dont want to over stall it either. you could potentially be slower going to big with only certain engine mods. go with like a 3200-3300

This has always been a interesting topic about these particular stalls. Everyone always seems to say 3600. It's a hard one to figure out. I don't have enough information to contribute on stalls unfortanatly. Too bad there wasn't test cars to drive with one of each before hand I'm also in the market for one and not sure which way I wanna go. Good luck!

3600 here.

For a bolt-on car I'd go 3200. Any more than that go with a 3600+.

I completely Agree! My bolt-on car had a 3200 stall, it was great! I was thinking 3600 for room to grow.

What kind of mods are you running? Is there a big jump from the 3200 to 3600? I would think it would be rather small, but then again I'm still a noob to all this.

The thing is any aftermarket converter that has a high stall speed is going to feel really different, once your use to the way a converter drives on the street, a 3200 to a 3600, won't be a huge difference. In a bolt on car I can't see much gain from a 3200 to a 3600. I ran that converter with bolt ons and as long as the stock trans lasts, will run it with h/c and nitrous. I plan to go to a TH350 or 400 in this car though

I run a Yank SS3600 with bolt-ons going on 5 years. I don't even notice it normal driving. It would wake up your LE pkg. Trans cooler is recommended.
