Talking Finally bought another Fbody

Hey guys, I'm new to the site. I was driving a 1985 Trans Am but due to some car problems I was forced to sell it. Anyways now that I have a reliable daily driver, I was ready to start hunting for a new toy. Right around the start of my search, my brother decided it was time for him to get rid of one of his projects. So now I am the new owner of a '94 Medium Quasar Blue Metallic Z28 A4.

It ran a 14.32 @ 98.05mph bone stock. For now it is very mildly modded with 3.42's, a magnaflow cat-back, an airfoil, a K&N CAI, and an LS1 aluminum drive shaft. Also on the way are Nitto D/R's and a BBK underdrive pulley. I will be at the track towards the end of the month and am hoping to see some solid 13 second runs. Any thoughts on what I can expect to see on trackday?

congrats! welcome to the wonderfull world of the OPTI! lol. I would definatley say you would be in the 13's. providing you cut a good light and dont spin off the line. I ran my car at a 1/8th mile track when i first got it and it ran a 9.20 spinning and with a slipping trans.

"Cutting a good light" has nothing to do with how fast he will run...

Ha ha thanks guys, and yeah who dosen't want to beat the guy next to you? I will try to get some new pics of the car up soon (if it ever stops raining here). I think the car looks better now but that is probably only because the car is now mine and not my brothers.
