Default Motor "ticking" at idle

I'm a handy guy, but not an engine builder by any means... Here's the question:

When idling, my 94 LT1 (130,000 Miles) has a "tick" to it. Sounds like a valvetrain issue on the passenger side. Just want to ask where I should start looking? and if/what are the usual suspects (if any) with these motors.

FYI, the motor idles fine, runs fine, absolutely no problems with the motor, just has this 'ticking' sound to it at idle.

Thanks

check for rocker arm to pushrod slack and readjust your rockers afterward. If it is a light tick it should be in your valvetrain. A heaver knock would be in your lower end. could be a shot lifter but not likely.

I put headers on last year, so I'll check their bolts, make sure they're tight...

As far as the oil I use... It's Castrol Syntec 5-30. Got a Castrol Filter in there too.

I'll let you guys know how it goes after I tighten up the header bolts. If it's still ticking, I'll pop off a valvecover, and see if I can find anything.
