I am trying to find gauges to match the '93 amber dash gauges, as this customer would like to have pillar pod gauges. Has anyone found gauges to match the look of the one year only amber gauges? Thanks. Bob

I haven't looked at my gauges in a long time, but the closest option I could think of are the autometer Nexus gauges. They have the capacity to change between a bunch of different colors. The tones might be way off though as I'm mostly color blind.

So what were the final numbers Bob or are you still tweaking?

We're patiently waiting to get the correct FAST replacement wide band sensor. We're on number three now... It is an older FAST system and the sensor was not reading correctly, we think the one being shipped to us now will be what we need. The next oil change will be with synthetic oil, and we should be over 600 rwhp with just 11.5 psi of boost. Bob

No worries, mine has many passes with no problems. Getting ready to build a new LT short block to put more boost to it.

Yes, we finally got the right 02 sensor, which was needed to complete the part throttle tuning. The dyno numbers are still at 596 rwhp, due to not having enough time to get it back on the dyno once the conventional oil was changed out for synthetic. The transmission that the customer supplied has a problem with the governor, it gets stuck and the car won't shift out of 1st gear. We took it apart and sanded a burr off of it, and it worked great for a while, now it's doing it again. Paul got about 100 miles from our shop and had to have it towed back to us. We'll more than likely get new dyno numbers once the transmission gets fixed. Bob

^ That sucks the big one. To fly in, make it 100 miles, and have it crap out on you is not what he way expecting I'm sure.

No doubt, plus we were all set to go to RPM Transmissions Track Day last Friday, but we stayed at the shop and took the governor out of the transmission and polished it to try to keep it from sticking. The sad thing is that we had a lot of miles on his Camaro and we thought it was good to go. Bob
