A few more:
-Bigger TB
-High flow fuel pump
-Bigger injectors
-Gears
-LCA's
-LCA relocation brackets
-PHB
-SFC's
-DR's
-Stall, if your an auto

Also, save your money with the programmer, and just get a mail-order tune. It's a fraction of the cost, and you'll see better gains.

Bigger injectors arew worthless on a bolt on car and would probably hurt performance without a retune for them.

I would only do them of you plan on a decent size cam or head/cam pkg down the road.

Same for a "b igger fuel pump" thats a supporting mod, not a power mod.

bought the programmer when i first bought the car because it was a 2.73 car someone put 3.23's in it so the speedo and shift points were off i just got it to fix those problems i would never use the hypercrap tune.

Also:
LT4 KM
Short shifter (many would consider this a bolton)
Spark plug mod(read about this somewhere)
Free ram air mod
Ls1 lid conversion
Cutouts
Ported MAF(I wouldn't do it)
MSD opti
MSD coil etc.
Seafoam your car
locking gas cap(SMART MOD!!!!)
I guess a fan switch could be a bolton
Bigger brakes
LT1 Scanmaster(not common, but very handy)
Would a ported intake manifold be a bolton??
Some people consider roller rockers boltons...then again some people consider nitrous a bolton
