Default advice on plug swap

Anyone got any advice on how to quicken up a plug-swap?

I'm running Pacesetter Shorty headers, with all the EGR/AIR stuff still on. The left side was pretty easy, with the exception of the plug closest to the firewall. I think I have to remove the header to get it out.

The right side is a total pain in the a**... With the EGR/AIR stuff there, space is limited, shall we say... Do I have to remove all this stuff, or is there a more simple way I haven't thought of, like removing an inner fender liner, and gaining access?

Thanks!

LT's, !AIR!, !EGR!, !A/C!, and a stubby plug socket make for some quick changes

I changed my plugs a couple weeks ago with no problems. Just get a spark plug socket and a ratcheting end wrech, and you should be good to go. I'm not sure how much more of a pain it would be with Pacesetter shorties instead of LT's though.

where are u located. im in maryland and we have emissions every 2 years. i had car tuned after my lt's and ory so no check engine lights. then when emissions comes around throw some cats on and pass emissions and then take them back off. thats my plan. or just get those things that look like cats, but are acctually just straight peice of pipe with the shroud around it. just my $.02. if its obd2 anyway. the only reason i would even have to have cats on mine is for visual inspection. if your car is obd2 they just hook the scanner up too it, so as long as there is no check engine light it would pass. at least thats how it is here. ok just saw ur sig, its a 94 ok then it should be the same thing except they throw you on the rollers. thats what they do here for obd1 vehicles anyway. i know cause my 95 dime is obd1.

What about Obama's Green agenda hes pushing??

You guys who have to go through E-tests I feel for you. If I lived in a place that had those tests I would move somewhere that didnt have them just so I could take that crap off.

We might all be putting everything back on with the green agenda. Wonder how much money that would cost?

When I did mine, albiet with stock manifolds and all the emissions crap, I ran the car up on ramps and did them from the bottom laying on my back. This was the easiest way for me.
