Thanks guys. While the suspension is something I'm definitely going to need to touch on in the future, I think safety is going to be priority one. Going to go with the standard 6-point cage.

That, and tuning.

#1 - TUNE.
#2 - Figure out why your brakes can't hold the car at the line.

i disagree #1 should always be safety. when my cars done ill probably be wearing a hans device along with everything else some may say overkill but idc its your life. a friend was in a bad sprint car wreck this weekend kinda scary. makes you realize how important that stuff is

He's already got the safety stuff on the way. I'm not a slouch for safety...I have a 6-pt cage, Corbeaus, and 6-pt harnesses in my 13 second car.

The fact of the matter is that he's got one last piece to complete the engine, and that's the tune. You always finish what you start before you move on to another project, IMO.

Very nice man. Shouldn't be too hard to put that thing in the 10's.

Essentially, minus !back seats, !AC, !front swaybar. Everything else is still in there.

I can't provide an exact number, but in the past 7 months I've spent upwards of 10k.

It is great to see your hard work begin to pay off, Joe. Keep at it & you should be able to methodically work your way into the high 10's & mid 120's.

Nice job! That thing is hauling. AI definately does awesome work and I glad I went with them. Someday I hope to hit the low 11's if I ever get my suspension figured out.
