Here is a pic of my LTCC setup.
LTCC setup
Only thing that is used from the opti is the optical sensor. The high voltage is removed from the opti. All I have seen is a smoother idle and no longer have spark contamination and misfires in the higher rpms. I mounted the control box inside the truck behind my glovebox to keep it dry.
You can then ditch the stock ICM and coil.

i'm using a stock Delphi replacement from the partslady on ebay. mine had gone out so I replaced it then purchased the ltcc months later. Opti is still good. I have noticed I ran pig rich after the ltcc install. I do not know why but that will all be fixed once HCI is done shortly.

what are you spinning that opti too... im going to replace mine but ill be spinning to probably 6600-6800 and i didnt want to buy a million dollar one becuase im only using it for the trigger... just trying to figure out if the delphi is as good as the delco original...

I was sure to thread lock the rotor screws though.
AFAIK, the Delphi unit is just as good.

It's the GMPP L76 Intake..pretty much identical to the LS3, just the way the MAP Sensor mounts is the difference. The L76/LS3 Intakes are the only GM Car Intakes that are made for these L92/LS3 Heads, these heads are unique from the majority of the LS Heads cause of the Rectangular Intake Ports. The LS7's are Rectangular aswell, they are different aswell..one of a kind.
