I will stick a breather on it, but what about that hose from the pass valve cover to the throttle body??? Can it go away? Any alternatives?

As far as I know it is part of the PCV system. I have seen some people delete the hose and use a breather on the valve cover.

That was what I was going to do. I want to get rid of the hose because I am putting on some Fuel Rail Covers and it interferes...I was gonna throw a breather on it..will it be fine like that?

You mean in the middle of the picture? That's the ICM, and technically, it's mounted upsidedown (doesn't really matter, it will still work the way it is). I would do the ICM cooling mod while you are at it.

The Cooling Mod is where you space it away from the Head..incase you were wondering what it was.

ok, so do the cooling mod....just washers behind it?? I know its upside down..lol. Whoever messed with it last mounted it wrong, and left a bolt out...tards.

So I take it I DO have to have that thing??? What would happen if I re-located it? if I move it to a location other than the head where it will be cooler, and inconspicuous, would that work?

You can move it anywhere you want to..as long as the wires reach it well and it's grounded with a good connection to the Chassis.

Yes you need it.
You could relocate it if you wanted to, but then you'd have to extend the wires to the ICM and coil, and you'd have to get a longer coil wire. Doing the ICM cooling mod should be all you need, relocating it wouldn't be worth the hassle. Stock the coil is mounted with double studs. Now if you wer to remove those studs, remove the bracket, screw the studs into the head, place the bracket over the studs, and then secure the bracket with a pair of nuts...your done with the ICM cooling mod.

all of the coil wries have already been extended thanks to the heavy duty MSD coil. My coil is in that space where my CAI would go if I had it...that's where my MSD 6AL Box is as well. So all of my wires are already over there except the harness. I am good with electrical re-wiring so it would take me about 5 min to lengthen the harness and relocate the ICM....I just want to get rid of anything I can and clean the engine up a bit. I know its something little and mundane, but you get rid of a bunch of little mundane things, it starts to add up. My car is a show car and this will dispay the TPiS engraving on the heads better.

I'm all for clearing up clutter. But I don't see how relocating it there will free up much space. It already is compact and tucked up close to then engine as is. The ICM cooling mod does the job.
If you are not using spray, I would ditch the MSD ignition box.
