She's back up and running!
I was going to rivet the rotor along with the loctite, but I didn't want to void the warranty (good until may next year), so I just loctited the screws.
I was a little concerned when Im opened up the box though. The cap on the new AC opti no longer has the tan/yellowish color. This one is pretty much a translucent black. You can see the traces where the posts are cast into it. I rember seeing some fakes on ebay with that style cap.
I made sure to take a look at the optical sensor, it is a mitsubishi and has the same number on it as the one I just broke. The number is different then my origional sensor though.
