Default Unofficial LTX Mod N/A Thread

I had a great time this year and am planning to come back next year. Who else is working on their stuff for next year?

What is on your rule change "wish list"? Here's mine.

1. I would like to see the maximum tire size lifted to allow 30" rear tires.

2. I don't see the need for a weight penalty for carbs or aftermarket computers.

I think that it would be cool if AI and LE would put their colors on a couple of cars. What do you guys think? I would love to fight it out with the "Big Dogs". How about some of the name shops showing their colors too?

Please post up your thoughts, but do your best not to make this one of those threads that get locked!

I will be there running EX NA or EX PA.(cant hang with the mod guys)
I think all DOT tires should be allowed and 2 steps should be allowed in everything but the bracket class.
I love that your getting on this early and starting threads, hope it promotes the race and gets more people out there next yr. Get your cars ready and start saving now if needed guys!!!!!
It would be great to see ALL Shops in the LTx game represent!!!!

For the Ex Street NA class cutouts and DOT bias ply tires should be allowed... there was the arguement that came up with the difference between a cutout and a ypipe with a bullet muffler on the end dumped... Not much in my opinion. Hell, the car with the cutout would have a catback system which would weigh more than the dumped y-pipe/bullet set up... And on the bias bly tires i think as long as i CAN and do drive my ET streets on the street and am not breakin the law i consider them a street tire and should be allowed in the street class... Just a few suggestions i can think of right now...

Pretty happy with the rules of Mod N/A. If I can ever get there without mechanical issues still going on the day before the race...
