I'm running the one on the right. The middle one's runners and injector angles were way off.

Top taken off mine.

I would go with an ITB manifold myself.

Ive seen back to back test with an intake swap only from a ported LT1 intake to a Victor Jr and the car picked up around 80rwhp/tq everywhere from around 3600rpms+ on a YSI vortech car

I have heard about that type of gain a few times as well, but this guy had proof. Seems like the LSX guys see similiar gains as well.

Can you give us more details on the build? I'm researching a single plane setup and vic jr is on top of my list. I just wonder what all was done to the guys engine when he gained an extra 80hp.

well with ysi blower your going to pick up quite a bit of power cuz your probably running a large cubic inch motor with 15+psi. it makes sense, now on a bolt on or heads and cam motor isnt not going to be as sagnificant.(sp)

TPIS makes an aftermarket mini-ram intake and fuel rail, my buddy's 383 made 529hp on their engine dyno with the GM intake, and 555hp with the TPIS intake.

The #1 cylinder would get no air compared to the back cylinders. There was a recent thread in the dyno section where people were gaining 50+rwhp going from sharp radius elbows to an elbow with a real radius or 4150 tb.

If your going with a single plane might as well go with a 4 hole tb for the best distribution and flow.
