Its not that high. Car has to fit in the garage. Once I get the cherry picker back and the happy hooker in, I can get the engine out of the house and it will slide right back in the top with the trans. Happy Hooker make it a breeze plus the new UMI k-member should free up alot of space. I was going to go through the bottom but is just so easy with the Happy hooker to do it all through the top..
Heres a couple pics of right b4 I pulled it and one of the primed short. Ill upload some more when I get home.

You'll love the happy hooker. I have had one for several years now, it makes things much easier. I dunno how I ever pulled motors out of these cars without it for so long

Its in the Lvr now so making progress to the garage. lol
Hopefully this fri. Im working everyday untill 8 this week but if I feel real motivated I might get it done sooner.

I guess I missed the thread where you decided to take it back out and build it...any particular reason why?

Also I see you're running an alternator relocation bracket, but I don't see anything powersteering wise. Did you convert to a manual rack?

power sterring is still in the car. I pulled it because a promag broke ans spit a ton of needle bearings into the block

Motor is back in. Just need to wire it up and add some fluids!
