You won't be consistant unless you practice..ALOT.

You have to find that sweet spot, A4 you can just smash it out of the hole and launch.

Well I can high 1.8x 60ft consistant. Its either spin or bog when tryin to vary the rpms. It takes alot of suspension and the right tire to make a M6 60ft. It just so much shock on the rear or not enough to hold the RPMs on the launch. Stiff wall slicks a good clutch, drag shocks, 2 step and a dialed suspension are key to a good 60ft.

but once you get it right there nothing like the feeling of a 6000 rpm launch off the 2 step going low 1.4s and gettin ready to yank 2nd right when the tires touch back down.

i didnt do exactly what you are talking about but i did go from a 6 speed with spec stage 3 clutch to a coane T400 A3 with a 3,800 art carr converter with a tranny brake... of course this aint a daily driver street car and you dont wanna go 80mph everywhere you go but i like being able not to worry about breaking trannys and clutches every day... but you are asking about a A4 which is even weaker!!!

i dont know what you want out of your car but if i were you i would go with a T350 A3 and go with a taller gear to get better MPGs and easier on the engine... something like a 3.23 or 3.42!!!
