I never knew about behind the fenders... what do you have to do to take them off? Is it pretty simple (days project off and on), or is it a multi day project? Also, of the people who took out the bars in their doors, did you have to sawzall them, or was there a way to take them out intact w/o going crazy?

ooh, one more thing, going from the stock catback to a hooker catback, is there really a 15 lb difference?

There is a lot of weight in the stock suspension and k-member up front. UMI/Spohn/etc. has pretty lightweight control arms and k-members that save quite a bit of weight. Also, if you know composite work at all, you can make some of the misc. support structures out of fiberglass or carbon/kevlar and have quite a bit of strength with half the weight. Not recommended on daily driver's or in locations of real stress or support for important pieces but for bumper supports, brackets, etc. it should be fine.

What brand did you go with? Most of them w/ the arms reduce about 28-35lbs. I want one bad but decided to go with a nitrous kit instead.

Thats for your pcv, if you want you can eliminate that and put a plug on the throttle body and put a filter/air breather in the valve cover..

breather is on there, im talking about the bottom plug not the top one and its the crank case vent, i think the PCV is on the driver side of the manifold

correction ccv* the pcv system is only on the intake manifold on the driver side. The one on the passenger side valve cover is the crank case vent. All it is is a 90* elbow out of the valve cover to the tb to remove crank case pressure.

right but whats the bottom port on the throttle body, the line follows the fuel lines through the drivers side wheel well and towards the back of the car
