ok went and got the cam out the garage and it looks to have little lopes but it has 156p-1 ingraved in the bottom of the cam...also took some pics and i dont have the measuring tool or watever it is to measure the lopes

That looks exactly like my stock cam did.

thats what i was thinking...anyone know what might be wrong with it then..heads to small?

Maybe you should try shifting higher. Are you still shifting the same as you did with your old cam? Even my dinky Hotcam likes to shift at over 6000. I'm shifting at 6200 right now.

Regardless, 110mph on stock cam is abnormal. The shift points should give a little gain, but nothing substantial. You should be in the 113-115 area with a t56.

string and tape measure/ruler do it around the lobe. that would give an idea. I can measure my stock cam if you need. It's chillin' on the couch watching tv.

this is more what i was thinking i should be at also..
