HAHA, yeah Port Arthur area is very depressing and run down. It makes me wonder why anyone would want to live there.

I don't think ii's as much a question of "worth", as it's an issue with large taxes on imports. In other words, a Camaro might be "worth" $6-7K, same as here, but the taxes to import it might be $10-12K, so now the car "costs" $18-19K....

Ya i know. What area are you from? Obviously pretty close if you know the condition of the area. The are finally starting to buy up the old houses and removing them and building new buildings.
