i think i have the crane energizers. whichever one is the step right below the crane golds and they have been trouble free and quiet for the past 3100 miles. they cost me somewhere between $200 and $230 and were just a little more expensive than the scorpions. as for pushrods i got a set of crane hardened pushrods that cost somewhere around $50. if ya need part numbers i will have to dig them up. mine is a full roller NSA BTW so if you dont plan to rev the **** out of your motor you could spend less than $200 on some good roller tip rockers.

I have run two of the "cheap rockers" had good luck with both and so does the current owner of my old ones last I checked

-Comp Magnum 1.6 Roller Tip Rockers SA
-Proform 1.6 Full Roller SA

both are under $200 I believe.

SA or NSA's dependancy will vary from application to application, i.e. amount of req rpm. anything above say 6400~rpm I'd recommend to go NSA with guideplates, some will say NSA for anything you do but that is personal preference

They are known to slip off the valve tips at high RPM's. Buddy of mine has a LE1 383 and I told him to get NSA's and of course he never listened. Had the SA's slip off twice and now he finally is getting NSA's. For a bolt-on car SA's are fine but for a cammed car or heads/cam etc. I wouldn't waste the time because your going to have to eventually switch to the NSA's. Been there done that, I should have done it right from the gecko.

I have 14 years on my Comp hi-tech stainless rockers...Probably the best/durable rocker out there...I think they are a bit more money than most, but well worth it...

just go in summit, select 1994 Pontiac Trans Am and look for rockers under valvetrain, it's not that hard. just make sure you look for 3/8 stud unless you plan on upgrading to 7/16 studs
