Finally got back to the track on a nice day. I went with the same mods as last time and got quite a few runs in with a new best of 13.54 @ 100.84mph and a 1.96 60ft. Much better than my previous best of 13.99.

More mods to come over the winter

Good job! I knew the better weather would go a long way. Now you just have to keep that in mind next summer when the car slows up from the high 12 that you're gonna run once you get some more bolt-on mods

Go bigger on the converter.. A 3200-3600 will be much faster at the track. They are very streetable as well.

I was thinking the same thing. I went with a 2800 on my old LT1 and it wouldn't 60' for crap.

bigger convertors are bad for dd's as long as it's a lockup

I DD a 3000 stall car and wish it was bigger honestly

I partially daily drove my Trans Am that has 3.73's and a YANK SS3600 stall. I'd recommend it to anyone. It is called a "Super Stock" for a reason. Stock driveability but kickass

Yeah, Im still not sure what converter I wanna go with. I was thinking like a 3500 but some people tell me that it might be too big. I don't DD my car though, I only take it out like once a week so I don't think a 3500 would be too bad.
