Replaced Opti, Coil and ICM but still a problem.

This may not be related, but your fuel pressure is skewed (not screwed, skewed). 38 is a bit low, but not unreasonably so. 48 with the vacuum source unplugged, however, is way too high. It should be 43.5, +/- 2 psi.
Just thought I'd throw that in to confuse the issue.
