So this past week I took out the old gaskets and replaced them with Aluminum ones and locking header bolts. After the pain in the *** it was to get all the crap on I finally get everything reconnected and what do I hear? The same gasket leaking noise I had before just on the other side. I just don't get it. The bolts are in there tight as can be, the gasket has to be alligned right for the bolts to go in there and the leak is coming from above the middle tubes on the driver's side. I don't know what else I can do. Any suggestions?

 

Check your header flange with a straightedge and make sure it isn't warped.

 

I put them on in the beginning of Spring this year, they could be warped already?
