Who doesn't like car parts in the mail?

This weekend I'm picking up a (nearly) complete interior. It's a charcoal. Pretty excited.

Fun stuff. You're gonna like how it launches after you swap those on.....and even more after you go to 3.42's.

3.42s are already in

Quick lca question.

When installing the lca relocation brackets the big round weight like looking thing bolted on the e brake system is in the way. Is it needed? There is one on each side.

I've never had them get in the way of any of mine. ??? I actually just installed a pair of lca's and relo brackets on my Formula yesterday. Maybe post up a pic or two for us? Have you looked at pics of others after install?

Guy on local thread said he had to cut down a bit. The passenger side was close but it cleared. Maybe I need to readjust my phb.

I just popped them off in the mean time.

Got everything buttoned up.

Looks weird being back on the ground compared to being on jackstands for a month.

I don't think adjusting your PHB will help because you will be moving your whole rear side to side. The distance from your brake parts to your lower control arm mounts (and relocation brackets) will remain the same. Might help those big 11" wheels clear better though. I'd trim them just enough to clear like someone else suggested.

Picked up the new used interior today!

- charcoal carpet
- trunk carpet
- hatch plastics
- rear cargo area plastics
- large quarter panel plastics
- dome light
- loaded door panels.

The only thing I didn't get was the kickpanels (sold already), but, since I have an extra set I'm going to see if I can match the interior.

They are all in charcoal and in MINT condition.

Hopefully be able to swap most over tonight.

Anyone need some freshly painted door panel bezels and switch plates?

That would be your brake weights. When I did mine, the driver side fit perfect but had to grind some off the passenger side. Mine were UMI and in the directions it said up to 1/4 in. may need to be grind off.

Thanks fellas.

Interior swap begins!

Got it mostly back together lastnight. Relized I had a lot more gray parts than I thought. Still need seatbelts.

Still need to do the hatch plastics, doam light, seats and belts. Hopefully pick up some belts from Sean this weekend. Needs a god cleaning too!

Thanks I hope it all pays off one day

Just about done with the interior swap.

New belt, looks gray with flash.

Hatch carpet was one of the biggest improvements. My was pretty worn.

All that is really left is figuring out what I want to do with the seats. I don't want to spend an arm and leg for a set. I think my best bet will be to get mine recovered.

Nice choice with the interior. I'm swapping mine to LS1 ebony right now. Also, the reason I found this thread is because I was actually about to pop in my ebony carpet. I'm trying to remove the rear seat belt buckles but it appears you have to get at them from the underside of the car? The bolt just keeps spinning. Really annoying, honestly.. because I'm not even going to use the rear seat belts.

Great build, BTW. I read the whole thread.

Just a torx bit from the top to remove all seat belts, sounds like you have a stripped bolt. I'd grab a pry bar and put it under the head of the bolt and pry upwards as you unbolt it and hope you can pass the stripped thread.

Love that cat! So laid back, not your typical cat. Definitely need to do something with the seats.
