What's with the LS7 lifters?
You may need a slighlty longer pushrod when using the LS7 lifters over the LT1 lifters to retain correct pushrod geometry. No performance advantage at all. Just more robust.

I asked Ron at AI about lifters and he said the factory GM part is hard to beat. If it looks good and seems to operate good, its probably good.
I say if your lifters pass a visual inspection and have been running fine, run them and waste money on something else. Especially considering the fact that these will also change pushrod geometry and require a different length pr if you want to correct it.
