Thumbs down Opti fastening bolts

I seem to have misplaced the bolts, just want to know their length and thread specs.

Are they the same thread as the timing cover bolts? If so, whats their length?

I would have finished putting back the engine together by now had this not have happened

They are the same as the timing cover bolts, just take one to your local hardware store.

The threads are the same but they are longer. I need to know how long they are supposed to be.

They are the same thread pitch but a bit longer... about a 1/4 inch more.

Thanks guys. I did get 2" bolts. Will try to finish the engine assembly today (only the accessories are left). Lets hope for a crank up from first turn over

Some thing for future thought is an ARP engine bolt kit, we used it when we did heads and cam on my TA, makes things a ton easier.
