Oh Yea, these do have the EGR hook-up and it lined up perfect, I hooked it up cuz I didn't want to waste the time cutting and welding. Look below the hammer and you see how the Y-pipe fits. I need to have them expanded a little more at an exhaust shop for the collectors to slip in. I haven't tried them under the car yet to check for fitment.

I'd love to know if you could get them w/o the EGR hookups.

So how's the fitment and quality of these headers so far? I've got a set of Hooker LT's that need recoated, but I would rather get these if they are nice.

These things fit really good. I've had no problems with them yet and they sound great with the Loudmouth1 exhaust. I'll have to post some pics later.

I started installing the headers today. Got all the old stuff pulled out (headers, Y, motor mounts, wires) and got the new poly motor mounts in, wires plugged into the opti and pushed up top, and the DS header bolted up.

Not too bad for 0830-1600. I actually had the mid-tubes unbolted by 1030 but the @$#% Moroso oil pan wouldn't let me drop them out. So I had to pull the motor mounts one at a time and jack each side of the motor up. It was probably 1330 by the time I got them totally out. That dumb "stock replacement fit" oil pan has caused me at least 2 days of extra work making things fit around it. I would never again buy a Moroso pan.

Monday I'll chop the I-pipe, throw in the PS header, get the Y-pipe in, finish the OTVC setup, and put all the little stuff back in!

Thanks to whoever gave the heads up about drilling out the flanges. I had to waller out the front three holes on the DS to get them to line up with the head.

I have to shim my starter when I put it back in, anyone know how much shim it should need for a McLeod flywheel? (it shrieks a little on startup, kind of like a blower)

I'll post pics when I'm finished...

Yeah, I think it was a few days or a week after I bought the ebay headers that I got the email from Carl saying the headers were in production. Oh well, these seem to have plenty of space around the K-member and saved me $250.

Finished!

Everything fit pretty well, I had to bend the A/C lines like 1/16", remove the heat shield on the PS where the primaries ran into the collector, and clearance the Y pipe a little where it ran under the stock torque arm. Other than that, pretty much everything fit great. Now I need to take it to the muffler shop and have them connect the Y to the I pipe, and get my corsa tips welded on and I'll be done!

I do need to figure out why my brake light is on. It came on when I started it up to take it to the shop, and has stayed on. (Brakes seem to be working fine.)

Then if I could run down the ABS light issue the car would be perfect. One thing at a time I guess...

The LTs sound a bit deeper than the mid-lengths did. I'll be able to compare better once the exhaust is re-connected.

The boots are the generic Summit 6" boots. They were a pain to get on! I must have spent an hour or two working them on a millimeter at a time.

those headers look like they clear everything pretty well!! how is the clearance between the collector and driverside floor? (right where the y pipe slips into the driverside collector)
I may ditch my pacesetters and order them from the looks of these pics.

There is probably about 3/8" of clearance between the crossmember and the collector on the drivers side. I'm not sure if mine are an anomaly or if they all fit this well. (I did put new poly motor mounts in, and the first mod I ever did on the car were subframe connectors so I know the frame is perfectly straight)

I'll know better how the finished fit is once I get the I-pipe welded. That could always tweak one of the clearances in a bad way...

Mine look damn good too! Finally finishing up full bolt-on's. Thinking of putting them on when I'm back at my parent's house for Spring Break.

So, how do you tell the difference between the LPP clones and the Pacesetter clones?

Same thing happened to me. As soon as I put my headers on the brake light came on hasnt went out yet...same with the ABS as well..
