You don't provide enough information for anyone to give you an accurate estimate.
What year car, transmission, current modifications, etc., are all needed. It should be mentioned that the XFI grinds have been proven to make decent power though.

Cam-only cars require all of the accommodating valve train parts (rockers, etc.) in your cam kit. It goes needless to say that the cars with a cam that big need longtubes, ory, gears, stall (if auto), and a tune to run at their best potential

Your a little ahead of yourself there man. It's good that you asked before diving into things though! You want to start with your basic bolt-ons before thinking about a cam. You want to open up the air flow so start with a cold air and move into the exhaust system with a set of headers and a catback. With an auto car, unless you plan on running a small cam, it is required to run a larger stall converter. With a converter comes a shift kit and tranny cooler. As you can see there is alot to be done before a camshaft should even be considered if you want a car that performs properly.

So at the end of the day, if you want your car to run correctly and to its full potential... It is going to cost you a pretty penny. I'd also recommend shorter gears to compliment that cam setup.
How many miles are on the car?
Start off with some longtube headers, off road y-pipe, plugs, wires, catback, 3.73 gears (I love them), Yank ss3600 or vig 3600 stall, tranny cooler, shift kit, and if you have money left after that, get the cam kit. (also get a nice dyno tune or if on a budget do PCM4Less or comparable tuners) Either way if you get all the accommodating parts I said but not the cam kit, send your PCM off to Spend Inc (like I did) or PCM4Less and have them calibrate your PCM for the gears, stall, and modifications.
