Default Backfire on deceleration, car looks like a flamethrower from behind friends say. Help

My car has been backfiring upon decel from 2500+rpms and spits flames out my exhaust, happens everytime I let off the gas.

Any ideas? Opti is couple months old, has MSD coil (3 months old), stock ICM, MSD wires and NGK plugs less than 3k miles.

Spark plugs in the right order? Did it just start doing this?

Do you happen to have a leak somewhere in the exhaust? Likely the header gaskets or the collector flange?

You might want to go ahead and fix that.
Your O2 sensor is seeing extra O2 and the PCM is adding fuel to compensate for what it thinks
is a lean condition. You're blowing the unburnt fuel out your exhaust port and igniting it with the fresh air that's leaking in.

You'll notice this more when it's cold out.

My LT1 camaro was shooting flames when it was running pig rich. Also when 3 inj's were just dumping fuel.
