is it worth spending the money on a electric water pump for my car.it wont be a dailey driver

First mod I did to mine when I bought it. (had a blown WP when I bought it)
Frees up a little HP and has performed flawlessly for almost 4 years / 32000miles now.

But because it's your DD, you may want to wire in a warning system if the pump ever fails:
