so i have an lt1

i got it from a guy when i took the main caps off to check it while i was there i left one or it fell off the back of my truck.. what can i do. i dont want to spend the money to do 4bolt mains... can i just buy a used one or something. i mean what are my options?

just buy a new set of main caps and get your block and caps line honed

i would really appreciate it. do you think i would need to line bore the block?or could i just bolt it on and go

get it line bored just to be on the safe side

I sent it out should be there by sat at latest they told me stuff runs slower this time of year. And from my exoerience at the machine shop get it linebored. Even if you had the all the original caps you should linebore it if you are looking to make good power. Jeff
