I need the guy on the rights suspension, lol. He goes only .07 slower but 5 mph slower.

Joel, IMO your car has to much rake and would transfer weight better if you raised the front a little and maybe lowered the back a bit. The front doesn't seem to come up at all to plant the tires in the video.

I can crank on the QA1's and get them a little higher but then the front end loses extension. The front tires are simply too short. They are around 25.5" tall. When I had my Moroso DS-2's on there in 26" height, when you pumped them WAY up they sat much higher, probably close to 27". I will try what you say though, it can't hurt to try. I was thinking of putting some ballast in the bottom of the hatch as well. Keep in mind that it cut some 1.42's last year with the exact same chassis setup.

Yea but the difference is you are running a slick it is more forgiving than a radial I doubt you could have hooked a radial like that with with out any transfer. You could also consider some 28's up font but will have to loose the inner fender well because they will rub.

Is the LT1 powered 68 Camaro LT1 that I have fit the requirements for N/A. It is kind of cheating at 2115-2120lbs fully loaded.

Hell as long as theres no "Sneaky Pete" action going on there's no such thing as cheating! NA is NA, who cares if its strapped to a screwed together Go-Kart as long as its LT1 powered and runs the number .

Yep might have been faster if we had more time to find the right combination on the tire pressure.

Lol it won't take much for you to out run me. A small 100 shot should get you in the 8's.

Why stop at 100. Might have to change the ring package too.
Definitely going to get a real cam in there and change the timing chain.

I want to see some nasty Texas cars out there next year. I'm going to run as fast as my mild 396 will let me.

Will get this updated as soon as I have access to a real computer. Only have my phone at work for the next couple days then I head home.

Congrats all!
