Default Need Help (Vidoe Inside)

Hey guys after working on this thing for hours I decided to show and let you guys hear my cars problem. Anyways the car is running ruff and has popping and hesitsion almost everywhere now. Anyways the engine is rebuilt and has not ran right since then. In the video the first part is at idle and the car is fine. After that I took it to 1500 rpm and that is where it starts popping.

Have you checked for codes? Are the rocker arms adjusted correctly?

Have you replaced your opti? Mine back fired bad through the exhaust at about 1500rpm an just ran rough when it failed. Plus your car being a 96 obd2 car it has missfire dectection should trip a code eventually.

Not sure what you mean regarding working on it for hours or what you've done, but if it had anything to do with plug wires I would make absolutely sure they are in the correct firing order.

Well the working on it for hours is I have been trying to get this rebuilt motor to run since August. Trust me I have had 4 people check the wires now and they are correct. It looks like the new opti has decided to crap out on me. Just my luck to replace my unknown mileage one with a new one so I would not have to worry about it for at least a couple of years.
