Depends on your cam choice, RPM range, ratio, etc. What is it you're doing exactly?

WTF...

Anyway, go with a set of non self-aligning 1.6 Comp Pro Mags or Ultra Pro Mags with Trick Flow hardened guideplates and pushrods, unless Lloyd recommends something else.

....and get a PR check tool first to confirm PR length once you get your motor assembled. The TF .080 thicker PR are what many of us went with. Also the ISKY adjustable guide plates work well.

That's what I've been running. (per Lloyd's advice)

If you do end up with stud-mount rockers, check the geometry before you order new studs or pushrods.
I ended up needing 2.100" studs instead of the stock 1.7xx" and 7.500" pushrods on my Dart heads because I ran +.100" valve stems.

You might also want to consider a Jesel shaft-mount setup.
HP gains are minimal over stud-mounts, but they're much easier to set up properly
and the cost is only slightly higher if you don't already have the studs, guides, pushrods and rockers.
I wish I'd done mine in the first place. Oh well, next time....

Go shaft mount......no reason to worry about any bit of deflection with rough cams, no matter what your doing

Once again you beat me to the post and posted almost what I was going too.

However, I'm running the Promags on AI heads not Lloyds....but I've been thinking really hard about switching to Jesels for a while now/
