Does anyone know where I can download that program on my laptop that will let me use the tuner from trifecta? Vince is out of the office until february and I need to upload a new tune to my car so I can pass emissions

Here is a simple tutorial written by Solomon on how to upload the tune :-
For WinFlash, go to Tools->Program PCM and then choose your new .bin file.
Be absolutely certain nothing interrupts this process once it has started or you will damage the flash chip in the PCM, and a new one will need socketed or soldered in before you can use the PCM again (the car will also not run).
Once the programming process is complete, turn off the ignition for a few seconds, and then you should be able to start the car like normal.

I remember there being a program used to convert tune files to .bin, can't really remember the site bro.
I think you might just have to wait a couple of days until you can get in contact with Vince.
