How are you verifying each constituent? What is your fuel pressure?

Did this just happen all of a sudden or did you change something? Ive heard of guys changing teh opti before and not getting the splines correct, so spark is coming at the wrong time. You could try using a noid light to see of the injectors are getting signal.

I ran it low on gas and then it wouldnt star. I thought maybe the fuel pump burned up but not the case.

Default ignition module

Have you checked your ignition module? Mine threw a crank sensor code and then it would sometimes send spark but would not start. Check your ignition module and see if its with in specs or if you have a spare one try it out. Keep us posted ..

Had a similar instance last year new opti and module still getting crank and good fuel pressure and no start. Turned out to be the ignition swith on the steering column that burnt up. This is a very common problem on LT1s from what ive seen and dealt with. Go look shbox.com if you need pics or views of what it looks like. Part cost like 40 bucks or something and you clean up the other part of the connector and your off to the races and you will notice it will start alot easier.

Could be the issue but you wont know untill you pull it to see if its burnt.
