The Mcleod street strip disk I was looking at said it was organic, not Kevlar...

Organic on both sides defiantly won't hold your power.

Its a new PP. The car made 346/347 on the dyno, and saw a 100 shot a couple of times a couple years ago. On that note, when I was full bolt ons and spraying a 150 shot, about a bottle a week, I had a cheap autozone clutch package in there, it held up great.

[QUOTE=speed_demon24;12816886]I had one and wouldn't reccomend it. If the clutch had any amount of heat in it it would slip. Kevlar clutches + heat = fail

...I found "kevlar" disc material to hold very well....with heat

From the looks of your pics of the McLeod disc it was organic material on one side (aka stock) and a composite puc type on the other (may have some kevlar in it??)

my ZOOM HP is Kevlar/Kevlar puc type on both sides.....and holds well running a tire in a 4200 lb car with 383...FWIW
