On a stock motor, you would want no more than 7psi to be safe.. Or around 400rwhp...
Now if you build your motor and set it up with exhaust wrap, ported heads, turbo cam, etc, you will have yourself one fast ****

List on STS's site for a BONE STOCK LT1 with their base turbo (the little guy, your GT-67 is an upgrade) was 400rwhp.
When you are modded with forged rotating assembly, ported heads, turbo cam, ported intake, exhaust wrap all over the exhaust, etc., I don't see why you couldn't make 550rwhp-600rwhp
