Summer mods?
Start by fixing any existing problems/opti/plugs and wires/fuel pump/ect.
My favorite parts for a stock car would include:
TIRES! TIRES! TIRES!-get some Nitto 555R or M/T ET Street Drag radials
GMMG chambered catback
Long tube Hooker, Jet Hot, or Pacesetter Headers
Off road Y pipe/cutout (ORY)
Lingenfelter Cold Air intake
PCMforless mail order tune
1.6 Roller Rockers
BMR/UMI point subframe connectors
and I'd ditch the EGR/AIR system (state laws/enforcement pending)
Honestly, that'd all be over $2000 probably but it'd be a very good start.

I have a cold air intake, i don't know the brand it came with the car. As far as stalls go, how hard is it to put one in and what is a good brand? I don't wanna DESTROY fuel economy, but I'm not a tree hugger. I'm only 16 so, gas money is my only money lol. But this summer I'll get to work a lot and I'll have around 3 grand. I don't wanna put a **** load in the car. I was thinking a ram air intake system with a WS6 hood. and anyone know anything about the LT4??? I kinda wanna do that. Or at least what other heads would be able to handle the new mods. Thanks a lot for your input.

The Thunder Racing performance package is a decent deal for $530. CAI, Magnaflow, and airfoil. My brother has that on his 1994 Z28 A4 along with Nittos and a 3.42 rear and went 13.5.
If the OP has the transmission performance button then he has 3.23 gears, so I'd move those farther down the list and get the full exhaust, CAI, stall, and drag radial. Should make for a high 12 second car in decent conditions.
