Default Transmission removal issues

Alright so I have unbolted the transmission and slid it back about 1/2 and inch to the point I can see the Flywheel, but after that little bit it gets stuck and I can't pull it off, I have been using my gasket scraper, flat head screwdriver, even a 3" socket extension... also I broke my clutch slave cylinder at the tip where it connects to the hydrolic lines. should I remove the Slave Cylinder?!

Yeah make sure that clutch fork is off and don't pry it should come right out. And if you broke the slave cylinder then you have to take it of to fix it but that wont make a difference in pulling the trans

you have to take the 2 13's of the slave slide the cover back and the fork will slide over/

did you do that?

grab it and pull outward, it may be binded up now. push trans back on there all the way and do it. and unbolt the trans from the bell housing first. have to take the trans off first

Theirs one bolt that holds the clip on in there if you have a ratchet wrench you can get it in there and take it right out then it will just fall off. Thats if you cant pull the fork out.

so maybe push the trans forward back to the bell housing and try and pull on the fork? Im kinda at a loss, the trans won't come off and i don't understand what the clutch fork has to do with holding it in? can someone please explain so i can figure out how to get this trans seperated from the motor... sorry I'm a little slow and a one man team

The fork prevents you from pulling the trans all the way off push the trans all the way back on and pull up on the fork should come out with alittle force. If it doesnt look down the fork and you will see 1 bolt holding the clip it slides in and out of just remove the bolt as a last resort.

By looking at the pictures, seems that the clutch fork is still on the throw out bearing..Try pulling the fork out towards you. Also as stated you have to unbolt the trans from the bellhousing first.
