I think you may have gotten a freak manufacturing error. I don't know of any engines besides the SBC that has the dog-bone lifter arrangement, and not one SBC has ever had them orientated the way that those are. I think it's quite funny, but you may want to contact the people you purchased them from because somethin' is definitely F'd up.

Small block Fords use the dogbones, but they're oriented the same way as Chevys.

no numbers, no idea on the brand. I got these at a swap meet and didn't take a close enough look. I ordered new ones today. lesson learned.

 

SEll them on ebay, **** if a little piece of superbowl grass can be sold for a hundo, im sure you can just resell these.
