No thanks. I prefer LT1 over LS1. I'll pass on that offer, but nice try. Now how about some actual input?
Anyways the original SS intake is restrictive compared the the LS1 and it doesnt look as nice. I may go ahead and cut the support and just nice it up the best I can I guess. I have seen it done in another post VERY well so I may copy that. Thanks all.

I am going to end up cutting the support I guess.........Not what I wanted but I really want this setup so I guess ill ive lol.

you MUST cut the radiator support to fit a lid under the stock hood.
My writeup (fairly recent thread) showed several pictures of this, and my setup barely fits under an SS hood all said and done.
