haha ill be on the lookout then... we'll have to get all the michigan guys on here to meet up in the summer..

just a little update for today. Little bored of sanding bondo so I decided to put the interior back together. Got a heater control blockoff plate made.






Starting to look more like a race car



That's it for today... Hopefully I can get this bodywork done soon and get back to the fun stuff

Update....

Almost done with this damn body work...



Got the new ds tray welded in..





O ya.. shaved a little weight off too



I also pulled off my old headers... SLP ceramic coated shorties and y-pipe... I'll be puttin' em in the classifieds soon.. shoot me a PM if you're interested..

+1 for the LS1 lid, I saw someone mention that a few posts back. I just put it on my car and its amazing how much better throttle response it give you. It's also a great time for you to start on it if you decide because it takes a lot of cutting on the support in front of the radiator and condenser. Totally worth it IMO

Thanks guys for the comments.

Alrite I know it's been a while so it's time for a mini update..

The body work is slowly getting there. I started priming things now. I just got a job working evenings so I haven't been progressing as much as I'd like to but I will get it done sooner or later.

I also picked up some go fast goods.. Just got these back from getting high-temp black ceramic coated.



Pacesetter longtubes.. I was fairly satisfied with the quality of these headers minus the poopy welds clogging up the flange ports... (sorry for the cell pics)




After an hour or two with the dremel I got em cleaned up a little. These should flow a lot nicer now.
