I would hate to see you put a lower amp fuse in there that worked for a little while and then get miles from home and have it pop.

I always carry spares with me no matter what, ESPECIALLY NOW! It popped on me for the first time today. I have been watching my gauges VERY closely and I noticed the temp just before it hit 210...I immediately shut the engine off and coasted it to a stop on a side road to look at everything. I saw the fuse was popped but for some reason didnt have my spares so I pulled my 15A radio fuse and used that to get to the store then bought a new set of fuses. I will DEFINATELY test the amps it pulls when its pushing water though and adjust my fuse selection accordingly! Thanks!

I hear ya, i experienced the same thing with mine, so i do the same and never leave home without several spares, I even wired a notification light in for when the fuse blows.

You mean where I gave you rough ideas on the duration to use but was not able to run the valve events and other calculations because I was on the road. So i told you where to get the tools to use and then you called me on the phone with the durations that look good using these tools.....and then I had you tell me the specific valve events based on different LSA's and Advances to determine the optimum for his set-up.

Come on little buddy, if I hadn't taught you some about cam speccing to begin with when I did your cam, you would have installed a Donkey Dick turd in your car.

All that being said...all that really matters is that both of your cars don't run like lethargic turds.

Well since i put a relay in place instead of just wiring it directly i have never blown a 30 amp fuse.

Oh, I put the notification light on a panel and mounted it in the cubby hole on the dash above the console.
