If you're unsure, then you can easily check for yourself. Use a multimeter and measure the resistance of the servo across its two pins. Then, use a resistor that matches that value.

Basically, you're just fooling the EBTCM into thinking the servo is still there. It's exactly the same as a CAGS delete, which is where I got the idea.

When you measure resistance across pins you will find your readings will vary with temp. 2.7- 3.6 should both work!

Thats the info I need. Just bought some resistors from my computer store up the road. They said to solder more than 1 to add up to the total but should work fine.
Thanks again for the input. Cant wait to get this **** gone!!!!!!

Bumping an old thread but did this work?

I have the 95 - 97 cruise cable non - tcs and 94 - 97 non asr throttle cable. Was just about to measure resistance. Then put in resistor and tuck and ziptie wiring out of the way.
