Id start checking the basics like your plugs and compression. If its a blown headgasket, they will show it. I dont think it is though, every car gets a little bit of condensation buildup in the exhaust when it sits for a while and comes out on that first start of the day. How long before you got gas did the car start acting up? I got bad gas last week and this whole tank has been pinging, bucking, and popping making the car hard to drive. A little water in the gas can cause all kinds of issues. Make a video for us to listen to the engine. If its in the top end or bottom, were gonna hear it loud and clear.
