Default fuel pressure

i think my fuel pump maybe week. in high rpms only while driving i notice it being a little sluggish. and when i start it for the first time of the day, it turns over about 10 seconds, or if it turn the key 3 times first it will start right up.and some times when i start it, it will deisel untill i give it gas a couple of time. i replace the fuel filter, optispark, coil, icm. and it still does it.when it does it, it dont pop or feel like a miss. any suggestions?

Pick up a $30 fuel pressure test gauge at the nearest auto parts store and check your fuel pressure via the Schrader valve on the back of the intake manifold. Should be between 41-47psi with the key on, engine off, then drop 3 to 10psi at idle and slowly increase from there with throttle position.

Have your battery and terminals checked first it might pay off to do it first. I thouhgt mine was going to but it was the terminals and the battery was weak.
