as stated b4 it could run anytging from 14s to 10s need more specs on his setup. and it dont matter what u have, its all about haveing the right setup. i seen people put 460s in a fox and they actually be slower than the stock 302 and i seen properly built 460s in a fox that run low 10s in a 1/4

a local guy to me had a 93 notch with a 468 h/c/i 4500 stall mini tubbed fox ran consistant 11.2 - 11.0 seconds , we lined up late at night in mexico one night i was runnin a 100 hit and i had by a car after all was said and done .granted its the street and anything can happen so we lined off at the tracks test and tune as a grudge run we were dead nuts even on the same setups .long story short there is a replacement for displacement its called nitrous or f/induction lolololol

ok he has a rebuilt 460 with a cam and a 750 holly on it. 4 speed auto and 373's he doesnt know how many hp. maybe around 400?? anyways im not just getting a car to beat this mustang, he is just at the top of the list!! mostly i want a dd with a few extra horses under the hood if i need it. but thanks for all the help anyway.

OMG, I can't believe no one has stated the obvious setup to beat the 460 Fox Body. He just needs 
AI heads and cam . Without those he won't be able to beat the electric golf cart.

Look at the list of the fastest LT1 sticky and ask your self if the top 6-8 spots is going to do it.
I'm sure those top spots took $20000 or more to build.

What you need is a GTI vr6, a few shocker stickers, and some white and gray primer to fix all the dents and rust. Then tell him you trap at 120 in the 1/8.
