What Carbs is everybody using on the lt1
Just built Carbed LT1 and installed it in 86 camaro with a TH350 and 3400-3700 stall converter 4.10 gears Lt4 cam roller rockers What carbs are anyone having success with right now i have an Edelbrock on it just to get it running but could definitely use a bigger carb

im using a 750 Holley vacuum secondary, it does pretty acceptable, im satisfied for now. one day ill call up "pro systems" carb, or "C&S" carbs and have one built to specs, and boost ready. all ya got to do is set the idle and start driving, those guys are good!

On my 356" motor I was running a Carb Shop 850. I am going to run it on the new 385" until I can scratch some money for a 950. On the dyno the new motor REALLY liked the bigger carb.

Pro-systems 780 cfm wet flowed by patrick with a converted victor jr #2999 casted 1" taller than #2975 Getting ready to order a bare set of trickflow 21* 185's and letting LE put in some 2.05's and angle mill them more down to a 48cc chamber with the patriot gold extreme kit. Will be a race gas only motor, zero decked arp rod bolts, balanced, and stock GM re-ring/hone with LE custom spec cam to pull to 7200-7300rpms 240/250's 600lift etc......... Damn all of you for making me drool and convert to carb, that would be the dude with the nova, wicked, RJE, etc lol.......
