Default Coolant crossover banjo bolts?

Im just finishing up my engine build and when i tore this thing down someone had already been messing with the coolant crossover and stripped the heads off the bolts. Well Good ole GM discontinued them. Does anyone now where i can get some? Ive tried all the parts stores around out here and lt1s arent a popular engine around these parts so until i get some or build a whole new crossover im kinda stuck. Any help appreciated.

There getting very hard to find, I just bought a pair for 35.00 dollars used but in great shape, I know Im nuts but I already pulled the heads once on my 93' ta, and the bolt's were pretty shot, I figured I would look to the future, and when I pull them again, I'll have a nice pair to put in.
Good luck, hope you find a set.

Im prolly gonna get creative at work grab some fittings and build a braided hose. FREE.99 is prolly the best way to solve this im thinking.

That's what more people are doing and probably will do in the future.

Here is how I did mine..

They worked great..easy to remove, and never leaked.

Sorry for bringing up an old thread, but these pesky banjo bolts are just a pain. How did you fab up your setup? Just some hardware from Home Depot or Lowes?

yes you can go to any hardware place and get 3/8 npt fittings or you can pimp it out with some AN fittings and your hose of choice

LT1 powered cars are quite common in junk yards. I have recently removed 2 sets of these bolts at the junk yard. Interestingly on one set of bolts the heads are about twice as tall as the other set. Use a 15mm 6 point socket.

They are not typical bolts. They are hollowed out so coolant can flow in the end and out some holes on the side.

wouldnt be hard to get similar bolts drill the center out and then the cross holes. i have done it many times before just not for this use.

Not many people can do that and it looks like there are some replacements now available as posted above.
