are these ok springs to run on a stock cam with 1.65 roller rockers and if so do i need anything else to make them work

Yes they will work fine for that. Just buy the kit. Should come with new locks, retainers, seats, etc.

Another alternative is the Bullet VS2700 springs. They're cheaper and use the stock hardware.
